It's pretty easy if you take your time. You might want to get a Haynes manual to help though if you've never done it before. If you search the internet, I am sure you could find a site that shows step by step how to do it. Just to let you know I have heard a lot more bad than good about slotted rotors on Neon's. I heard they dont stop as fast as solid rotors. You will also wear out pads quicker. Maybe you should look into a set of Hawk HP pads from Modernperformance. Some new oem rotors and these pads will really make an improvement on your braking.

I did exactlly that. I bought the dimpled and slotted rotors from modern with pair of hawks. My car stops a lot better now. To change the pads and rotors is very easy. Get the tires off, there are 2 bolts on the calipers on the inside, take them out and the caliper and old pad come with it. Compress the piston so that it is all the way back in the caliper, put the new pads on. Pull the rotor off the studs, put the new ones, put the caliper back on, tighten it up and you done. Took me 20-30 to do both sides.

sweet, sounds a lot easier than on my old dodge truck, the hub/disc brake are one so its pretty much a pain in the ***. reason i need to is one of my brake pads is gettin low and the rotors are gettin rough so rather than just having schwabs turn them ill just get a set of new rotos/pads

I think I paid a little less than $200 shipped to the door from modern for the rotors and pads.
