best thing to do is hit a dyno, otherwise you could be doing more harm than good.

do you have any pics?

or a link to the pistons?

which cam numder, never heard of a stage 3?

arnt all plug wires solid core?

DOHC or SOHC?

SOHC
www.ModernPerformance.com has the pistons. they specialize in Dodge Neon performance parts.
Use Molly rings and have the cylinders honed w/ 400 grit ball hone. that will give u the best ring performance.

I got the cam from NOPI about 4 years ago...they don't sell it anymore. Comp Cams.

well yeah i modern sells some but not for engines that have the cylinders bored over a half inch. kinda seems like its not possible to take that much out and still have a cylinder wall.
From the pics i dont really see whats custom about the intake main.

did you make the exhaust manifold? any pics of that?

those pics are over a year old. I've spent a lot of time macining an aluminum intake manifold...I took half the runners that run to the head and welded them to an 8" aluminum cylinder. That made it easy to hook up the injectors. Made a place for the throttle body to bolt up on the side so i can run a cold air under the battery box w/o relocating it. and welded nuts on the inside for my sensors.

the Headders are Pacesetter ceramic coated mid tube headders...they got the long tube and shorty headders for the engine...but i thought the mid tube will give me the best power comin out of a corner.

.50cm is metric...the standard measurement would be .30in.

I've seen a neon bored and stroked to a 2.7 litter. bore was 1.50 in. over. and that left no room between the cylinders...maybe 1/4"...long story short...that engine didn't last a full 10 laps on the track.
