Default Another A/C Blower Motor Problem

Ok, I did a search and found some info, but am unsure where to start so I will explain my problem and maybey someone could better answer my question.

First, My A/C was working good then all of a sudden the fuse blows. Replaced the fuse and it worked good for a couple of days, then it blows again. Replaced the fuse again and it worked for like a day. Replaced it again (the blower would still blow) and it would blow for about 15 sec then blow the fuse. Now when I put in a new fuse the blower won't blow on hot or cold side, and it blows the fuse after about 5 sec. I wanted to try something so I put in a bigger fuse and tried the fan and it almost cuts the car off (only cut on for 3-4 sec) like its draining the power from the car or something!!! Soooooooo...... What do you guys think???? Oh, It's a 95

1. Short or grounded wire???
2. Bad resistor????
3. Bad Blower Motor?????
4. All or most of the above???? (my luck)

Blown fuses usually are a good indicator of a short or exposed wire somewhere.
