steering wheel swap

i want to swap out my steering wheel with an aftermarket one what adapter is needed and how do i swap it out with out settin off the bags or is this unavoidable

You cant use the air bag. You will need the hub adapter. Cheapest place I could find one was ebay. I just looked up dodge neon steering wheel adapter. It was about $80.
