Sometimes when shifting into reverse, transmission grinds. clutch seems fine and i have been driving stick for 13 years so i think i know that it is not the clutch going out, maybe out of adjustment. what do you think.

 

reverse doesnt have syncronizers, so you should always slip it into a forward gear, right before you put it in reverse.
