12 volt ....im liking the crank ...is it knife edged??...wat piston and rod combo goes best with that crank ....even if it can use the stock rods i dnt think ill want to ...ill probably go with sumpin lighter ....tryin to get all light internals if i can ... probably h beam to so i can turn the r's and not wry bout it scattering... i also thot bout maybe running a short rod combo so i can crank way high rpms...idk im kinda on the fence ...with a stroker itll b more torquey but i wont b able to turn high rpms correct?..or am i thinkin wrong ...idk for sure ..always jsut had the parts handed to me and built it ..never actually did the research on specs and matching parts..thats y all the help u guys can give me is greatly appreciated
from looking at the pic i dont think its knife edged. You would have to take it to a shop and have it done.The pistons will have to be special, heres what howell says.

i would guess that the OEM rods are lighter.

I imagine the stock rods r lighter but r they strong enof...the crank u showd me was a 3.543 and those pistons call for a 3.540...its not much of a difference but could it cause any problems...I dnt kno how percise these engines are made ...I kno with a cup engine itd matter

That ia at alleghany mountain raceway...its just a little track...and I won 2 many races so they ran us out ...they startd pickin on lil **** and we told um 2 shove it and neva went back...afta that we went 2 hummingbird speedway and mercer raceway park...I love mercer I run third gear about 5 or 6 grand ...just wonderin how fsat that is cuz I don't have a speedometr in my car ...anyone kno?....thanx for postin the pics...can ya c the dent behind the drivers door . I almost got arrestd ova that dent ...I almost beat the guys *** in the pits..haha

i'd tell you how fast that is but i dont have a tach in my manual neon. tahts so dumb, i have a tach in my auto neon and no tach in my stick neon. frigin retarded. i would think at least 60. at my local paved track, the top cars run 22 second laps in a half mile. thats about 70 mph average, including in the turns, probably about 90 in the straights. you are probably doing about the same.
