hey evryone

i have i belive its a 1996 dodge neon that i used for a derby and i got 2nd with this car ran great and drove it on and off the trailer and into the shop. went in to another derby got 1st in that derby broght it into the shop to make it into a feild car and it ran great then i went to go start it the otherday and the auto s/down relay in the fuse panel was clicking. i got it to run then it started running really bad so i shut it off then it woudnt start pull a plug to check spark and it fires up with three plugs in it try again...nothing so i try to start it today and now my fule pump,rad fan,auto s/down and ac clutch realyas are all clicking and going nuts. the ac pump has been removed and the rad fan is run direct to the battery. so what could it be that making it not start and the fule pump and auto s/down relays go nuts?
