im from mexico city... i have some problems with my neon 95 and i dont know how to solve it...but i dont understand the problem that it has... my car led 25 and 31 codes .. in the board but i dont know.. how can i tell to the mechanic what it has ...i put an exhaust like for a year... it had a good sound but now it doesnt sounds.. i dont know what can be.. i replaced the exhaust tube .. and doesnt sounds too and it consumes a lot a lot of gasoline.. i dont know if u can help me to solve this... thanx

25 Idle air control motor circuits, target idle not reached (+/- 200),vacuum leak found
31 Evap purge flow monitor failure or evap solenoid circuit

what do i have to do to solve the problems... where are they.... thanx again

 

try looking at all th hoses to an from tour intake manifold for a hole. then reset everything and see what comes back. may be hole, crack, disconnected hose from evap system to intake.
