whenever i make a right hand turn up by my passenger side front tire theres a small knock....only when i make right hand turns though. what could it be?

 

CV joint??

 

CV joint? Tie Rod?

 

jack up the passenger side of the car....
wiggle the tire..
if it wiggles front to back then its a tie-rod
if it wiggles up and down then its a ball joint
if it wigglesall 4 directions then its probally a wheel bearing
if it doesnt wiggle at all then its probally a cv joint
