Alright so the story goes I have a DOHC that randomly dies, If I unhook the battery and reconnect it right away it starts right up. I tested it with a fuel pressure tester once , it read 49 psi and it started right back up; It then died around the corner. If I get it started It will run at idle for as long as I want it to until I start driving. I can usually make it to the store and back. The symptoms only occur on longer trips say 15 min or more. WTF could it be besides the fuel pump?

 

maybe alternator it sounds like to me but idk for sure.... thats what was wrong with my car and it kept dieing battery was brand new so in the end it was the alt hope i helped you

I dont know yet, I have been to busy/lazy to tear into it yet. eveyone else is bringing their cars over to be fixed and I havent had much time to do it mine. Although my car is good for short trips to the parts or party stores.
