Default Brake parts compatibility?

There's a rear ended, mostly stripped, crusty and rusty 98 RT in a junkyard that's got a set of brand new pads and rotors up front. Can i yank them and keep them on my car or should I let them get crushed with the wreck on Wednesday? I searched, but got nothing... My car got new pads on nasty rotors... o well...

Tks for your time, let me know what u think

Great to know for future referance. but for $10 each with about 150 miles on them (receipt in glove box) I think it's a good buy... Less then half price of new... Didnt see goodies that I wanted except hoping that the RT had some cool stuff left... NOPE just rotors. Suprised that nobody yanked them yet...

Used brake parts (ugh) but o well... Who says I'm not ready for collage

hell after the price of the rotors and if you decide to get them turned, you might as well just go and buy new ones
