Turbocharge my Mustang or my Neon

So here's my issue. I've got a turbocharger for my mustang(GT45) and a one for my neon(TD05). So which should I boost? The motor in the mustang has stock rods and crank, with aluminum heads, high lift cam, yada yada, but only runs a high 14 in the 1/4 mile! Yeah it sucks. The block is stock, so it can't handle the high side of 500 HP. Now the neon, with forged rods and pistons can handle more, but wouldn't need to since its a lighter body. Since this is a neon site, I'll bet I can figure what you all would recommend. The neon would have the surprise factor which could turn some heads. The mustang would be faster, up until the motor saws itself apart at 500hp. I could do both, but not as effectively as a concentrated effort to one or the other, so which one should I boost?

tough choice, boost the mustang and waste money when it blows or boost the Neon and like you said "surpirse factor" when everyone looks and says did a neon just smoke that Mustang?

Right, and next you're going to tell me that size doesn't matter.. You'll never pass my mustang in your neon, so if its a tampon then you're the menstrual flow. Even my 14 sec 1/4 mile time your neon would barely come close without turbocharging, so bring it..

thats funny, i really posted this wanting the neon turbo'd but now, my stubborn side wants to dominate the strip with a turbo'd mustang. Streetracer's camero will be my first victim, then DOHC's neon.. heh heh heh

S/C the Mustang and be happy! You are talking about 500HP on the Mustang, but it would take alot more to get the neon there.
Neons can be very quick at the track. They even beat Vipers
, but the amount of money and time that goes into them can be too consuming for most people.

thanks Das, point taken, i've already got money tied up in the ford and hardly any in the neon. I prolly will turbo both, but the mustang comes first so I can shutdown Streetracer
