Default Won't start after valve job

The timing belt broke and every valve bent in the head. I got all them replalced by a machine shop and got it back together and car won't start. It turns over fine just won't start. I've triple checked the timing and it looks right. I checked the coil with a meter and this is what I came up with. My chiltons book said to check the center term on the coil and each of the outside terminals and they should show between .45 and .65 ohms. Well, they showed 1.1 ohms each. That is the "primary coils" The secondary showed ok. That's when I check between coils 1 and 4 or 2 and 3. So, is this coil bad?? I made sure all my connections was back like before. BTW it's a '98 DOHC. Thanks

I pressed the pressure release valve on the fuel rail and plenty of fuel came out. I haven't checked the spark yet. I wouldn't think the coil wouldl go out at the same time the timing belt broke. The crankshaft turns 2 full turns when the cams turns only one complete turn. The crankshaft couldn't be 180 degrees out of time could it? As long as the mark is on TDC it is TDC right?
