hey everyone. i was just wondering if anyone know how to tighten down the trunk for a 98. my spoiler has been moving around a lot lately and the whole trunk moves a lot now. i read something about a screw on the latch somewhere on here but i htink it was for an 02 and i couldnt find any screw. i think i need to tighten down the arms that hole the trunk to the rear. thakns everyone

 

I believe there is an adjustment on the latch

 

alright, you know the latch that holds your trink shut? there should be 2 bols on that. loosen them up and lower the latch a few centimeters or so. Be warned though, you have to SLAM your trunk to shut it, plus your trunk release in front is prone to bending the plastic inside, so i had to take it off and place a washer behind the plastic to prevent it from slipping out. lemmie know if that helps.
