Lowering springs, lower after x(time)
if you dont under the math statement lol, do lowering springs lower after a certain amount of time? like I just installed Goldline lowering springs and my Neon is lower, but not by that much AT ALL. like maybe .5". and its supposed to lower it by like 1.3" or something like that.
Anyways, doesn't really matter since I am now a full head taller than my car lol. but am just curious.

Yes a spring will settle over time (couple weeks) , since you just lowered it, the struts ect are spread out and will settle with a good drive around for 20/30 miles ... I'd say that 1/2" more will happen in a day or so , the rest might take a few weeks ...
I'm not familiar with the goldlines on a neon , maybe someone else with them can chime in on exacts

When I bought my used 98 Neon it came with brand new lowering springs... still in the box, but haven't tried 'em as I live on a BAD dirt road and I believe I'd bottom out so guess they'll stay in the box.... for now! Jim
