Default blower motor stopped working.... and its cold outside :(

So the other day the blower motor stopped working altogether. So far I have done all this:

1. checked every fuse, also checked the ones under the hood in that fuse block
-no fuses blown anywhere.

2. Removed the blower motor and hooked it directly to the battery.
-blower worked fine.

3. Replaced the blower motor resistor under the cowl.
-the old one looked fine, but i replaced it anyway

4. Got my multimeter out and tested the voltage at the 2 wires connected to the blower.
-with the blower switch off, I get 0 volts (which is normal)
-with the switch on full, my meter reads something like 0.12 volts

5. Also tested the resistance at the wires going to the blower motor resistor.
-all tested at low resistance

So does anyone have any other suggestions on why the blower wont work ?

Thanks

Yes all speeds on both the cold side and the warm side. I was testing the voltage at the fuse and I'm only getting 0.20 volts with the fan turned on at the highest speed.

are you sure your climate controls work? the part of the controls that control the speeds are electrical and not mechanical like the rest.

Is there any way to test controls ? I had that whole assembly out and got a full 12 volts at the electrical connector.

We are just talking about the first **** on the left?

I'm not following , you are only getting .20 volts at the fuse ??? Is that on the side towards the motor ... What is it on the other side of the fuse ???

I'm getting 0.20 volts If I pull the 25A fuse out the block by the steering wheel and connect my mulitmeter. That's with the ignition key turned just before starting and with the control **** turned to the highest speed.

With no fuse in you are getting .20 volts ???
If so you are missing the voltage feeding the fuse ...Either a bad wire or a fuse underhood ect ...

If I'm reading this diagram correctly the ignition switch is before the fuseblock. But if it was bad wouldn't it cause the radio to not work (and other things)? I checked that fuse and it is fine.

Ok. Fixed the problem by running a new wire from the fuse block to the blower. If anyone is interested the dark green wire (DG in the diagram) runs directly to the blower.

I cut both ends and spliced in a new 14 gauge wire and it works great now!
