Default a couple of questions????????

i just bought the dis2 msd ignition and have no idea where to mount it under my hood if any one can tell me where u put urs or no where to put it it would help big time also i wanna no wut a bone stock srt-4 tops out at

if i recall the stock srt4's top out at sumwhere between 130 and 150mph but im not completely sure.....i got an old friends srt4 up to 155mph on a back road once, but it wasnt stock either..

most people i see using the dis box just lay it ontop of the pcm

they just lay it on top how do they keep it in place? and would that clear the hood

as far as i know it will clear the hood....i would guess they might use zip ties to hold it down

I have found zip ties to be quite handy, actually that is what held the muffler on my truck for 10k miles before I replaced the exhaust.

Yes, I get them at Lowe's they are for holding duct work together, and usually 24-36" in length depending on application, and being that they are designed for higher heat they work better under the hood for holding down heavier items.

I also second the PCM Mount but recommend making a bracket from an old PCM bracket from the junkyard, I got one for 5 dollars and cleaned it up nice with an air grinder and painted it to match the module.
