want to turbo a sohc

i did all my ground work this year for me to turbo it next year after i break it in. i did find a kit on ebay that has just about every thing even a new fuel pump and a turbo timer,tach, piping, iner cooler, the whole works fpr $999 its the best kit so far,but i am looking for a mopar performance computer for 98 sohc highline with mt new/or used if it works good?

I thought it was programmable I must have read it wrong so what ecu or ecu is available for the turbo setups? I have already removed the egr and a/c so my check engine light is on so I need to get rid of that for emissions to pass

You can hook up a resistor for the EGR code.
do you know what resistor it would be so i can pick it up from the radio shack also i was told that the stock ecu wont read the boost so i guess better question is how can i make the stock one work and what about retarding the timing. not formiliar with an ems
will have to order it from ebay. but just for future refeance. so will an ems get rid of the speed limiter also?

About $50-$100 depending on who is selling one. The R/T or ACR PCMs cutoff at 130 MPH. You wont hit either on a 1/4 mile track.
