New Dodge Neon Owner *HELP*
yeah watch out for what streetracer is talking about. The white r/t i bought turned out to be trouble, so ive put ALOT of time and money into it, including a new engine, and now its a respectable car, but im not going to get near what i paid for it, or what its worth. but for 275 I dont think you an go wrong.
i bought a white 98 r/t 4-door from a kid on "the other forum" about a year ago....he told me there were no issues with it or anything....
i got so anxious to get it home that i paid for it and took off...
when i got home i realized the car had been in an accident and the whole passenger side fender well, hood, bumper, fender, and more had been replaced (very poorly), rear bumper was missing the whole metal support, gauge cluster was junk, the tranny was replaced with a 3.55, and the car as a whole needed tons and tons of work......about 2 monthes later i blew the tranny out of it while driving 20mph through town....
worst $2700 i ever spent considering i had to put another $800 into the car to get it reliable again
granted if anything ends up being wrong with the car your looking at, you would only be out $275
