Lightbulb Pushing Past 120MPH 2.0L SOHC

I have a 95' Dodge Neon Highline MT 2.0L SOHC. I have a Cold Air Intake, what is next to get me going faster under $100 besides the ATX throttle body?

What items would offer faster acceleration? I was told that replacing my bobble strut with a solid one would allow me to speed up faster.

I would invest in a mopar ecu or underdrive pulley. Bobble strut will help put the power to your tires when you take off, or change gears. It does that by stopping the motion of the engine. SO all the power goes out the flywheel. It wont help with "top speed".

over 120mph...very reasonable goal...been clocked by GSP (Georgia State Patrol) at 133mph. I had Intake, exhaust, 60mm throttle body, Mopar ECU, headders, and ported and polished.

but with the stock PCM u wont ever make it to 120. 118 though is more reasonable. that is unless you have a R/T or ACR.

"All Neons (except ACRs and R/Ts) are governed at 118 mph, the maximum speed allowed on a T-rated tire. '95 m/y ACRs have no speed limiter; newer ACRs and all R/Ts are governed at 130 mph."

Nope, 118mph

ive lost my need for high speeds....i no longer need to go really fast and its not worth my life trying anymore....
i used to go as fast as my old r/t would go all the time...but it had suspension and tires that would hold up to it....on an almost stock neon, its pointless to try to go that fast...especially when the car could fall apart...

just my 2 cents

but if you have to go over 120mph, nothing will get you there until you change the pcm
