I have a 96 plymouth neon atx base model with the stock radio and the radio has no power whats so ever i checked the fuses and there good but i changed them anywayz and still no luck i pulled the radio out and looked at the wires and there all good and all connected so anyone else no of a fuse for the radio thats not on the side of the dash ?Or anyone know why it has no power?

 

have you tried hooking up another radio? when the stock radio went on one of my Neons it had no power whatsoever.

 

thats what i think is going on but does anyone have a extra stock radio as i have no clue how to wire a aftermarket one in there so let me know thanks

 

I drove the car home and turn it off and no it won t start thereis no power to the car inside anyone have any ideas what is cause this because I am lost on this one.the batery is good I check fuses nothing that i found please help thank you

no it dosen t even turn ovwer there is no power to the inside of the car could it be the battery but the charge says the battery is charge so someone told me a fuseable link also but I am not sure its got to be something simple

 

so we3nt out and brought a new battery and still nothing the little red light on the dash lite up and then nothing I am baffle on this one

 

well you are hijacking his post but what the heck. Make sure the connecting terminalsto the batt are super clean, check the wires that connect to the battery for damage and check the ground for corrosion and has continuity.

 

did what yousaid and nothing I have no clue on this one dosethe car have a fuseable link that is causeing this .I still have no power inside the car

 

ok I put the batery cable back on and the red little light on the dash came back on flashing went to start it and nothing
anything now would help or it is time for a tow truck
