Default 97 neon tricky electrical issue

hey guys, got a 97 neon, and my radio, door ajar buzzer, and interior dome lights are not working. instrument cluster does light up and work though. when i tested the back of the radio, the ground and constant 12V working, but the ignition controlled 12V does not. now heres the tricky part, when i tested the radio fuse which is the ignition controlled 12V it has no power when the ignition is off and has power when the ignition is on like its suppose to. my guess would be a relay, but where and which one???

There is no relay for the radio or dome light. Bulb could be burnt out on the dome light, the button for the buzzer could be stuck, and the radio fuse could need to be changed or the radio just doesn't work anymore.

that would be quite the quincedence for all 3 things to mess up at once. and 3 bulbs to burn out at once(dome light, trunk light, glove box light). think i'll wait for some other reply's

sabin 420 you gave me false info, the problem was the ignition timer relay at the dash fuse box. it supplies everything with 12V. thanx anyways tho, atleast you tried.
