I have a 96 Dodge Neon. The speedometer and odometer work sometimes but not all the time. I have the dash out and check the electronic sensor and it looks good. Any ideas why it only works part of the time

My radio is not working but the fuse looks good. Any ideas..

I did what was requested in FAQ. Any other ideas???? The guages are not working now and turn signals work intermittently now.
