Default Code 32

So I unplugged my IAC since my car likes to drop to 500-600 and sometimes stall with the IAC. It works fine without it(could be an auto IAC if its different, since I have an atx TB). I've tried 3 total. But anyway my EGR code 32 light came on. It was after a semi long trip(an hour at 65mph). Last time this happened, one of the prongs on the transducer was like corroded and broke but this ones fine. I also says "possible a/f ratio not detected during diagnosis". I do have a badly warped head so maybe its screwing with the egr, or possibly the oil getting through is clogging the egr?? I'm fixing the head next week but anyone got anything for this?? I can take the egr off tomorrow and look at it(I'll reset the pcm first to see if its gone).

Should I be getting vacuum increase when removing the vac lines from egr to transducer? Cause when I take them off a tiny bit of oil sprites off and figured it could be clogged?

Also, I know you can just plug it with a quarter, but won't the CEL come on since it won't see a a/f ratio?
