Default How to replace temp sensor

I looked through the FAQ and through my Haynes manual but neither specifically show how to get the part off and install the new one. With the setup everything is so close and tight I cant get a ratchet in there. Anyone comes across this problem? Only thing I can think of is some long needle nose pliers but how tight should this thing be in there? Thanks in advance! Everyones been very helpful with my other posts.

EDIT: this is for a 98 DOHC

in this case remove the connetor and use a socket with a long extenson so you can fit the ratchet on.

For the DOHC should be the same as single, just easier location. Its one of 18,19, or 21mm long socket. I believe its 18.
