i want to replace the stock gauge cluster piece with a custom piece that allows me to use the stock mounting points (4 bolts/screws) but aftermarket gauges. anyone know of anything like this?

 

I've seen it done on a ton of different cars... pretty sure it can easily be done as long as your either good at fabricating stuff yourself or know somebody who is... you also are gonna have to spend some time figuring you if aftermarket gauges will work with the factory signal which they probably won't... the speedo and the tach will be the easiest 2 to get working the others most likely will require new sending units and additional wiring... its not hard work just take some research time and wiring but can very easily be done... but as for a direct plug and play setup ain't gonna happen....

 

i understand the gauge part of it. i already have the gauges (autometer). i just need a piece to replace the stock plastic pieces with aluminum etc.
