Default Oil restrictor question

I STILL have that continuous oil leak problem. Still waiting for the warmer weather. Someone suggested the harmonick balance because it might've been popped out with they were changing the timiming belt. But anyways, I heard of this oil restricotr thing. They say that at high RPM's or stepping on it once and a while that oil can be sucking oil in the crank PVC or some hose near the intake, I'm not quite sure. I was wondering if anyone knew what I was talking about and could help me, where does it go and where can I pick one up.

Never heard of the oil restricter. Try putting some of the stop smoke stuff in the oil, it thickens it up and usually stops the leaks. I doubt it could be the harmonic balancer, if that was off you would have a big vibration.

It was designed for the DOHC and I think I worded it bad. When they hit the harmonick balance back in it could have hit out the seal on the other side causing a very small leak, hence my car lol
