take carb or brake clean not on a hot repeat hot engine
spray down the belts then spray the pulleys get the fluid off
is that clear,find the leaks fix the ,look at the tensioner on the belts,replace or clean said tentioners.

well it has to be one of the belts slipping. When the belts slip they tend to loose some rubber and arnt as tight. i recomend getting new belts and having them installed tight. If you want to clean things up use an engine degreaser
I used to live in Anchorage for a few years, There is a good place within the city somewhere, cant quite remember, they are kind of expensive but, so is the rest of alaska. I ended up ordering parts off of Ebay. I also boycot Ebay sellers that charge extra shipping to Alaska depending on the item.
first off... most people will ignore your posts cause of the stupid colors you use... type normal... 2nd spraying carb or brake cleaner on belts not a good idea... both will eat the rubber of the belts... 3rd neons don't have tensioners like your thinking of don't believe me take a look under your hood if you even own a neon...
Your cluster takes all of 30 min to fix if you drink a beer during it.
