Default couple of performance questions

very first neon and i love it but wondering, i have 17x7 rims and will be selling soon but wondering if there is a certain type of rims or certain size that works best for all of you. this is my daily driver so i am looking for a comfortable ride but to get the most power to the ground. also has anyone tried a voltage stabilizer or grounding kit, i have had them in imports but just wanted to know if its a waist of time and money for a neon

waste of time and money..
i have always loved 14" wheels with 195/60-14 tires....a little wider then stock and a nice mid profile sidewall

I'd go with the 195/60R14's. give a nice stance and everything else Spud said.

deff stay with the 14s and the 195/60s would deff make a decent tire performancewise for the neons... lol start getting much bigger and you will hurt performance..
