I believe they should cross over, what year 2.4L did you get? As far as I know everything from the SRT will cross over to a regular 2.4L, all they did was put better stuff inside to handle the higher hp. Does the regular 2.4L have oil sprayers that spray the bottom side of the pistons?

its a 1996 2.4L engine out of a mexican stratus lol. (it says it on the inside of the head lol) i would like to know if the water pump, oil pump, head gasket, clutch, and drive axles from an 03-05 srt 4 will work for my 2.4. i dont believe the water pump will because they are shaped slightly different plus one of the timing belt guide pulleys bolt on the water pump on my 2.4 but i may be wrong. now as for the oil pump i cant even get the stock one off the crank.....

The axle from the driverside should, but not the pass. due to the regular cars do not have equal length shafts where as the SRT does. Are you triing to get the pump off without taking the oil pan off? Just asking, if you are it wont, you need to drop it down and undo the oil pickup then it will slide off. Dont really know about the water pump, they could have changed it for larger passages for the SRT, not sure

no i got the whole dam engine apart in pieces. the only thing is that the oil pump is still on the crank and i got the crank out of the block with pump still on it. i figured the timing belt drive pulley should come off the crank by using a puller so i tried that and the pulley didn't budge. so idk how to get the pump off the crank.

When I changed mine I just broke mine off and got a new one, if its the factory one they are a pain in the butt to get off, I just broke mine and put anti seize on the crank incase I have to remove later for some reason.
