Default Hesitation

Ok, I've just completed a serious PM on my daughters 99 neo. To make a long story short, After pulling off the intake and fuel injectors, having the injectors rehabbed, getting it all back together and running, it seems to have a hesitation upon hard excelleration from a stop. I've checked to see if there is air in the fuel rail. I changed the cam possition sensor during the original PM process. Any thoughts?
Thanks

I would listen to the motor for air leaks while its running. Did you oil your injector O rings before installing?

Absolutely, I did have to change the tube from the valve cover to the intake hose, but it looked quite secure. I will check for vaccume leak.

That wont make a difference. The leak needs to be between the throttle body and the ports on the head. The breather hose dont matter, the pcv hose matters alot. Double check your sensors (throttle body sensors) and make sure they are all hooked up. I had an issue with air in the fuel rail before, you can kind of bleed it out at the valve stem on the fuel rail. But when the air in the fuel was the problem, the car didnt want to run.

And if the battery was unhooked during your install, it could be the ecu acting funny relearning.

Changed the intake gasket the TB O ring, and the gasket between the intake and TB plenum. All electrical connectors locked in. All bolts torqued as specified. I'll have to listen close.

My daughter says that it occures more when taking off and turning left or right. I've noticed it a bit starting straight.

Did you check your spark plugs? Make sure oil isnt sitting down in there. The ecu should learn it almost immediately. When I switch ecu's or unhoook the bat. my car will start and die, and run choppy for a bit.

Spark plugs were changed to bosch duel plugs. Changed the valve cover gasket and the plug seals. no oil. Took it to my friend, who seems to think its the plugs. We took it for a ride, turned on the airconditioner and it realy bogs down. So when there is a big load it skips, just like stepping on the gas at a stop turning. I did the propane test for a vaccum leak and found nothing. I'll switch plugs and see what happens.
