Default Steering wheel emblem removal

Does anyone know how the air bag cover on a 1995 dodge neon comes off? I'm talking about the part in the center of the steering wheel that covers the air bag and has the dodge emblem in the center. I want to take it off to paint it but I'm not sure how to remove it.

Undo the four screws that hold on the cruise control pods (or the blank covers if you don't have CC) with a torx bit, and then under that are two bolts that hold the cover on - one on each side.
