Angry Help Please

I have a 1995 dodge neon SOHC 5 speed. I was going up the interstate on the way to work the other night and the car just stopped running. I could not hear the fuel pump running. I replaced the fuel pump relay with the horn relay. I replaced the fuel pump fuse. I checked the codes and the car is throwing a code 12 and a code 42. I know the code 12 doesn't mean anything. I also checked the fuel pump itself and am not getting fire to the pump. I have recently replaced the timing belt also with no problems.

Where should I start with the code 42?

Thanks
Joe

1995 Dodge Neon, 5 speed, SOHC 156000 miles.

Fuel pump relay control circuit problem Auto shutdown (ASD) relay control circuit problem No ASD relay output voltage at PCM
Fuel level sending unit - volts out of range
Fuel level sending unit - no change over miles

Use your multimeter and find where the power is lost.

Default 1995 dodge neon

Where do I use the multimeter to start looking for power loss to my fuel pump?

Change your camshaft position sensor an it will solve your problems. 

Did you ever find out what the problem was?
