I just had to fix a wiring harness problem where it was rubbing against a bolt, and now my fan relay codes coming up and neither fan is working... they were working before, and I put everything back together the way it was... can anyone help me? What should I do?

 

Replace the fan relay with the horn relay and see if they come on. Also swap the fan relay into the horn slot and see if your horn works (to test the relay).
