Maybe wires too, maybe also the Cap and Rotor. Never hurts to put new seals on.

neons don't have caps or rotors...but i would also say spark plugs and wires could be the culprit and it is super easy. As far as the trunk it prolly is the trunk seal

Can I get the trunk seals from the autoparts store or will I have to get them from the dealer? And whats the best plugs to use is a stock neon that has just a 3a racing muffler on it? What do yall sugguest?

Neon's work best with copper plugs, either stock Champion (RC9YC) or NGK Iridium and gap them to 0.035" for both SOHC and DOHC engines

90 percent of the time the wtaer comes from the tail lights. try going to a juck yard for the whole seal.

my wife had a leak in her trunk that came from the trunk lid seal, the metal had rusted through and leaked. try pulling the gasket off and searching around the back window. or pull the back seats down and run a hose down the back window.
