Question front end seal

1998 dodge neon. Great car 38 miles to the gallon on hiway. however i am on my third front end seal with only 84000 miles. First one put in by dodge second in by a good shop but now has a slow leak. any sugestions.

What do you mean by front end seal?

the one located on the crank, timing belt side.

is it near the oil pan or is it leakin by the actual timing belt

The oil pump is under there. If there is a leak, it may need some sealant.
