best place/price for fuel pump

I suspect my fuel pump is bad.
Any info for the best price for a new pump for a 99 neon?

Ebay has them as low as 30, and they have warranties so thats not too bad.

moderenperformance.com walbro high flow for around 100 i think... just the pump its self though.
