No start head banging

No start head banging
I just put a DOHC from a 97 into a 95 body. I used a 97 harnes and computer but it will not start now. I got power to the injectors and coil. It spins but does not fire off. When i hit the started, the horn blows.
WTF someone please help. crank sensor, cam sensor?????
