i would figure it would be the throttle position sensor.

does the car ever rev up when you are driving and push in the clutch?

 

ok i will try that i jused chaned the sensor in my intake manifold and took it for a drive working fine for now gonna go play with it and see if it acts up if it dose i will change the throtle postion sensor i just bought a 95 neon sport witha bad motor and the guy gave me a nother motor to go with it would the throtle sensor be the same in the 95 the motor he gave me thats good is newer and looks the same as my motor all sensor and intake mainfold

 

is the 95 motor a dohc?

 

yes it is now i have my rt and a sport coupe with a bad motor and a nother motor not sure year looks exactly same as my 98 rt and not like the 95 sport how can find year or the motor and how hard would it be to re build it befor i put in the 95 sport

 

my 98 r/t is doing the same thing i put tps on it ran good for 4 days and now its back and its not no 02 sensors at all cause mine r brand new
