This morning my 96 Neon would not start. It turns over and sounds like it wants to start but just won't do it. We have spark and the plugs are wet, so fuel is there. I did the key dance and came up with 12 and 55, battery disconnect and check is over. I really am at a loss at what this could be so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure the connections on the battery posts are clean and free of corrosion. Also make sure they are on there TIGHT!
