This car has been running awesome, 98 Neon, no problems, well until yesterday, I started it up, pulled it up next to my truck to swap some things between the two, as I'm loading it, it just dies, lights stay on everything, go to start it back up and it just turns over and over and will not strart. It has fuel, it didn't die like that anyways, BUT I did smell this faint but ever so familiar smell of electrical burn. Anyways, anyone have any ideas??? Thanks

 

Any check engine codes? If you suspect electrical (burnt smell) start with checking fuses, ASD relay and fuel pump relay it may give you an idea where to start looking.
