A little background:

So recently I have done a mod to my gauge face to change the color it lights up. However, upon replacing the needles, I found that everything was out of sync.
Now, I've been driving my car long enough that i have a general idea of X-gear at X-RM = X speed.
but im getting a little frustrated trying to put my needles back and i need a little help.


What I need:

Most Important: I need to know what Rpm a 95 neon SOHC non-turbo'd idles at so i can set up my tach.


Optional: if anyone is bored and they wanna chart out the 1st gear through 5th gear speeds while running at 2000 rpm i would appreciate it lol.

and finally
if anyone has gone through this and has any tips, it would be super helpful
