Default turbo build

ok i looked around and basically found all the parts i need, things im missing now im really just waitin for the money to get. anyhow my main concern was the tune. I found this site here and they told me its just an upgrade tune from the stock to give a little more power but not for a turbo build http://www.moparsupercenter.com/mopa...ersp500ec.html
does anyone one know where i would get the tune for the turbo or what i would need to tune it this?

look if u gonna run at low boost 5-7psi top, u can use ur stock pcm, but if u gonna run higher, u will need an ECU, or piggy bag or stand alone pcm, why, for imrpove ur air/fuel map, advance or retard the spark for handle the boost! the neon run really good at 7 psi, i say 7 psi cuz its what the map sensor can read! more boost and the car dont run!

like it was said 5-7...you can run your stock injectors(depending on other mods), ecu, and stuff like that...still need another fuel pump, a rrfpr, fuel mapper, etc...a piggy back is not even really nesscary at that point...if you going for 10-20 your gonna want to do some engine work just to make sure (probably a new clutch at that point too), adujustable cam gears a piggy back and some good injectors will help make more power safer...advanced timing is a bad thing with turbos...its not that hard honestly

you can easily run more boost with the stock pcm...
i ran 18psi with no problems....the only electrical component that you will need to run high boost other then injectors and the map clamp.....no NEED for a stand alone or piggyback
