Buddy of mine has sohc neon just like me but his bottom end is over 230k miles on it and its just losing compression i'm # 1 and # 3 cylinders, he does have a stratus 2.4 short block that he was going to use in another project, but sold the car itself w/ a junk head, so basically he would like to put sohc neon head on the 2.4 block, we know that the compression of the 2.4 complete set-up is 9.4:1...any one have a idea what the cc of the head of sohc neon is? We want to take a look at what the compression would be like. other then the side motor mount adapter, fpr and larger injectors...the set-up should be bascially put it together and go. Whats the insite from some you senior guys input....mind you my buddy is triein to work with what he has other then small things...he wants to go with this set-up...nothing else...throw me what u guys think...
