what sensors must work for a 2.0 engine to run?

Is thier any that could be faulty and it would not matter?

the cam sensor could be faulty and still run.. you need the crack position sensor for it to run or even run right as it tells the ecu when to inject fuel and spark....

 

The battery temp sensor is not necessary to run and the alternator will still charge (at a reduced rate) but the biggest annoyance is that you will have the Battery temp red light on all the time. If you don't care, then take out the bulb.
