so my friend has a 98 neon with a 2.4 in it and today we were driving it and it became hard to shift and then to the point where it wont go in gear unless the cars off then put in gear and started but then it just rolls and goes, this tranny is newly redone and has new p.t cruiser clutch in it, need help asap.

 

How long after the swap was completed did he start having this issue?
