i just got my 96 neon a few days ago. the only thing that it is doing right now is that the rad will turn on, two seconds later turn off, two seconds later turn on, and it will repeat this. i check for engine codes and it didn't flash a code "35" so my rely is fine...according to the computer. i pulled the wires out and put a test light in it and it is getting power to it like stated above in the on, off thing. my question is where the rely is and how would i check it to see if it is alright?

 

mine used to do this when i first got it..

make sure the vent is on fresh air, not recycle?

it has to due with the a/c compressor kicking on and off to help prevent moisture buildup if i remember correctly.
