Arrow Window has fallen off track

Im looking at a Neon for sale but the drivers window doesnt move and has actually come loose. It is being held up for now with a piece of wood. Would it be a tough job to fix it? Is it common for Neon windows to come loose and fall out of their runners?

Thanks

no it is not common but it is an easy cheap fix if the neon has more than 100,000 miles it will also need a timing belt soon. wouldnt pay more than 1300 and no it,s not common for the windows to fall out of the tracks,

I live in the UK, the car is a 1999 with 93k miles and the seller wants 400 pounds which is around $600.
