IT could be the computer thats what my neon has and i chang the crank senser and the cam senser and still no spark or fuel the next thing to do is chang the computer

If the fuel pump (computer) fuse is bad, loose, etc., the motor will crank but you get no spark or fuel.

Make sure that circuit (power and ground) are good first.

What's ur code??

Click your key forward 3 times and tell us the code. The crank sensor sends signal to the ecm to start the firing sequence.

I had the same problem with my neon... check ur fuel pump fuuse if its blown... I would go straight to the wires for ur oxygen sensors one of them may be grounding out.
