i have a question is it better to have the poly inserts in brand new motor mounts i do not have a turbo car someone told me it would be better to avoid wheel hop and i dont lose the power from the engine tippin back anyone know if its a good idea?or if its worth it ?

 

If your current motor mounts are in good shape, then just get the inserts.

 

ok another question i had was will it improve anything or is it just a rumor i know it wont do much as far as i know ?

the ones on ebay are made by energy which is a well known brand and very nice i jus recently bought those exact inserts from ebay and they were worth every penny my car launches so well and im sohc mtx 4 door i launch it from 3500 and i get very very minimal spin it jus grips and goes and it wont even catch second anymore it jus moves i love it. and my stock mounts were f'd i highly recommend gettin new mounts i didnt and they were so hard to put in well atleast one was the other 2 went in easily

 

I have personally only used the ones that Modern Performance sells and don't have any complaints.

modern performance probably had energy too thier highly know in all race application
